It is important for all Office Agents to keep up to date with the latest issues affecting our work whether it is of a legal, technical, design, marketing or technological nature. A key function of the OAS is to organise seminars to update Members, they are usually given by guest speakers from leading professional practises but we have had a range of speakers including an MP. Some seminars are hosted jointly with the RICS. We seek to arrange at least one site visit per annum and recent ones have included Kings Cross and Westfield Stratford.
